Yes. I accept several insurance plans through Headway and Greenberg Psychological, which manages insurance verification, billing, and claims on your behalf.
If you choose to use insurance:
Your session cost is determined by your plan (copay, deductible, or coinsurance)
Headway will verify your benefits before your first session
Insurance rates are set by the provider and are not adjustable
If you’re unsure whether to use insurance or private pay, we can talk through your options.

My standard private-pay fee starts at $200 per 60-minute session, depending on the type of therapy.
I also offer a tiered private-pay rate structure designed to support access while maintaining ethical, sustainable care. Full details are available on the Pricing & Access page.

Clients choosing private pay are invited to select a rate tier based on their current access to financial resources.
This model:
Acknowledges systemic inequities that impact access to care
Centers client autonomy and trust
Avoids income verification or documentation
Supports long-term sustainability for both client and clinician
You are not asked to justify your choice.
